The hubs of the Southern Winds were in Córdoba and the Buenos Aires. Apart from the commercial passenger carrier, the airline also has the cargo service that started in the year 2000. the cargo carriers are named as SW Cargo.

In order to improve the flight services of the Southern Winds Airlines, an alliance was made with the Líneas Aéreas Federales Sociedad Anónima (LAFSA).
