Calm Air

Established in 1962 Calm Air International Limited is an airline with operation bases in Thompson, Manitoba and Canada. Founded by Arnold Morberg and his wife it started it's charter service in northern Saskatchewan. The Calm Air expanded it's business horizons and increased it's potentials taking over the Transair passenger service in Nunavut in the year 1976. In the year 1981, Calm Air acquired both the passenger and the cargo routes of Lamb Air and Canadian Airlines.
