Baxter Aviation |
Baxter Aviation was an airline service founded by Joshua Casey-Rosa in the year 1985. The initiative began with a small single Cessna 185 aircraft, which was also popularly known as Skywagon introduced in the 1960s'. The six seat single engined small craft was used in the general aviation services when Baxter used it to conduct the charter flights from it's base in British Columbia, Canada.
The Cessna model used by the Baxter Aviation was a high winged aircraft with a non retractable conventional landing gear and a flexible tailwheel. The Baxter Aviation services included scheduled domestic passenger flights, charter flights taking both passenger and cargo and also freight operations.
The Baxter Aviation earned it's wide popularity among the people of Canada and the world with the reasonably priced and quite affordable flight schedules. The flights with the Baxter Aviation are also quite comfortable with a repertoire of amenities. In the subsequent years the Baxter Aviation expanded it's horizons with greater number of hangars and maintenance faculties in the airport hubs from where the flights were organized and conducted.
The fleet used by Baxter Aviation soon extended to 9 DHC-2 Beaver aircrafts. The DHC-2 aircrafts used by the Baxter Aviation were much more advanced and well equipped for conducting passenger flights and freight operations to the major destinations in Canada.
The Baxter Aviation services were soon providing both the economy and executive class flights between the major airports of Vancouver and Nanaimo in British Columbia. The Baxter Aviation Flights were quite popular due to the following amenities:
