Air China Int. Corp. also known as Air China is known to be one of the most preferred Chinese International Aviation Companies operating from China to the various destinations both in terms of domestic and international airlines. The Air China is known to be the 2nd largest airline after the China Southern Airlines and is owned by the state of People's Republic of China. This airline is the flag carrier and is recognized for being the only airline that flies the PRC national flag throughout the entire fleet. The Air China flights are known to operate with 5090 flights ever week all over the world and in terms of the fleet size the Air China is the 18th largest airline worldwide. The main hubs of Air China are Beijing Capital International Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport while the secondary hubs are at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, Tianjin Binhai International Airport and Hohhot Baita International Airport.
| The airline of Air China or Air China Int. Corp. was established on 1st July 1988 and it started operating on the same day. This airline was previously known as Civil Aviation Administration of China or CAAC. With the splitting of the departments of CAAC, Air China was allotted the responsibility of serving with intercontinental flights and finally on 1st July 1988 it was granted its autonomy. In the initial stages Air China used to operate with 32 international routes leading to 31 international destinations.

The year 1999 saw the merger of the Air China and China Southern Airlines while on 28th October 2002 Air China is known to have merged with the China National Aviation Corporation and China Southwest Airlines.
The route network of Air China or Air China Int. Corp. is known to extend from China to the destinations of Asia, Middle East, Western Europe, North America and South America with most of the routes operating from the Beijing Hub. The flights to Asian and Australian destinations mostly operate from the Shanghai Pudong International Airport. There are some international routes as well which tend to connect from the airports of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport, Nanning Wuxu International Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Kunming Wujiaba International Airport, Madrid Barajas International Airport, and Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport.
