In the year 1999, Delta Air Lines acquired the airlines company of Atlantic Southeast Airlines. In 2005, SkyWest Airlines Company acquired Atlantic Southeast Airlines. After that the hub of this airlines company at Salt Lake city was closed down. 12 of the CRJ700 flights of Atlantic Southeast Airlines were transferred to the SkyWest Airlines.
